Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1941)

A rather tame version of a classic horror story, but at least it has Spencer Tracy and Ingrid Bergman!

The Emperor and the Assassin (1998) Past History vs. Hollywood Reviews

The Point?

To humbly provide write-ups of films of considerably lesser caliber or that go woefully unnoticed for being...well, "too damn weird." All the films reviewed here will be, depending on who you are, categorized as B-movies and cult films, and all either hold an undefineable trait of quality despite terrible acting, poor production values, uncomprehensible plots, etc. or are so surreal and "culty" (you know the type) that mainstream audiences would cringe within 15 minutes of starting. Anyway, you should have a good idea what to expect now...so enjoy!
